These terms govern your use of the Origin Consultations website and the ordering of merch through our shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. How ordering works

Our shop operates on a wholesale, order-and-confirm basis. When you submit an order:

• Your order is a request to buy, not a completed purchase.
• We review it and reply to confirm availability, lead time and final price.
• A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment is received.
• We may decline or adjust an order, for example where an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices and pack sizes in the shop are shown in US dollars and are indicative. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm in writing. Payment is made through the payment link we provide after confirmation. You are not charged when you submit an order.

4. Products

Merch is produced to order. Product images and mockups are for illustration; small variations in colour, finish and trim can occur in printed and manufactured goods. Minimum order quantities apply and are shown as pack sizes in the shop.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are confirmed with your order. Any dates we give are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and tell us promptly about any issue, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Cancellations, refunds and returns

Cancellations, refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Origin Consultations name, logos, designs, artwork and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell or reuse our designs or branding outside of the goods you have purchased without our written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Merch is sold for lawful use only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the goods. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer where they apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
